I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The rooms and bathrooms were lovely, and the pool area was huge. The staff was incredibly attentive and made me feel well taken care of. I appreciated the bonus amenities like the gym and ICT services. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the nearby Malecon and town center. One of the highlights was the private beach, which was peaceful and not overcrowded like the other beaches. The servers there were excellent.
I highly recommend this place to others.

The breakfast buffet was delicious, and I really appreciated the convenience of the bus stop nearby. the staff was attentive and helpful in arranging taxis. the location was great as it allowed easy access to major attractions.
The hotel staff pressured me to enroll for timeshare, and the rooms could use some updating. the noise from nearby events kept me awake at night.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The private beach was one of the best things about it; it was serene and uncluttered. I could enjoy the beach without any chaos. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was delectable; I really liked the spread. The staff was very courteous, and I felt at home. Lastly, the location is perfect; the bus stop and taxis are easily accessible, making transportation in this city a breeze.

We recently had a romantic escape in a hotel in Mexico. The best aspects of our stay were the spacious and comfortable rooms, with a nice view of the surroundings. , the location was perfect for exploring the town and its attractions. the pool area was great, with plenty of space to lay out and relax.
The worst aspects of our stay were the pushy staff members constantly trying to sell us timeshares. It was quite annoying and took away from our romantic getaway.

The location was great, with easy access to the Malecon and town centre. the private beach was a highlight, with attentive staff. the pool area was large and well-maintained. Rooms had comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, and were generally clean.
The staff can be pushy trying to get guests to attend timeshare presentations.
